Malagueña de Lecuona (arr. & comp. by Paco de Lucía) performed by Grisha Goryachev. This is Paco de Lucia's version of Ernesto Lecuona's famous arrangement titled "Malagueña." Paco de Lucia added his own compositional elements to this arrangement although he based most of his own playing on the traditional Flamenco malagueña (which was the source of Lecuona's famous melody). You can listen to a traditional malagueña by Paco de Lucia's here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aQ-I9H-zVzI

(Flamenco Guitar)

El Vito (José de Azpiazu) performed by Ana Vidovic. The "vito" was an Andalucían song and dance from the 16h century which has its roots in the Spanish bolero. This style of song and dance uses a fandango rhythm and meter (3/4) and was a precursor to the flamenco malagueña.

(Classical Guitar)
